To access and use the services offered by 669 pub (the "Platform"), you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operators serving Philippine residents.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into binding contracts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 669 pub or any Philippine gaming authority.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 669 pub or any of its affiliated entities or gaming software suppliers.

By registering a 669 pub account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility criteria. 669 pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If, upon verification, you are found not to meet these requirements, your account will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account with 669 pub. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 669 pub. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 669 pub is required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit:

• A government-issued Philippine photo ID (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Passport, UMID, Voter's ID, or equivalent)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method you have used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your registered GCash account showing your name)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 669 pub's compliance team

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time of the request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided and verified.

All financial transactions on 669 pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 669 pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your 669 pub wallet immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. 669 pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to Section 4 for full bonus terms.
• 669 pub reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. We will communicate such delays to you promptly.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. Current limits are displayed in your account settings at the time of withdrawal.

669 pub does not charge withdrawal fees, however your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond our control.

669 pub offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 669 pub promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your 669 pub bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion is transferred to your real-money withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and table games typically contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the applicable promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• 669 pub reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to low-variance bet patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

All casino games offered on the 669 pub platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games, or regulated live dealer studios for live casino products. Game outcomes are not influenced by 669 pub or its employees.

In the event of a malfunction in any game — whether caused by a software bug, connectivity failure, or hardware issue — 669 pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to your account. Any wins accumulated during a malfunction may be voided.

If you disconnect from a live casino game or sports bet during an active round, the round will be settled according to the outcome determined by the game server. 669 pub is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that affect active gameplay.

You agree to use the 669 pub platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not use automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 669 pub platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the platform using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or disputed payment methods to fund your account.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Using software, bots, or artificial means to automate gameplay or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 669 pub platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any 669 pub content without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 669 pub and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gambling winnings due to technical malfunction.

669 pub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software at all times. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to maintain platform availability and security, but cannot guarantee continuous uptime.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 669 pub's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

669 pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a Philippine gaming authority.

Upon termination for cause, 669 pub reserves the right to withhold balances pending a full investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no outstanding compliance issues, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard KYC clearance.

You may request voluntary closure of your 669 pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that voluntary closure does not constitute self-exclusion — if you wish to be excluded from re-registering in the future, please use the formal self-exclusion process described in Section 7.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 669 pub through our internal complaints process by contacting our customer support team. 669 pub will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved through internal escalation, either party may then pursue formal dispute resolution under Philippine law.

669 pub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 669 pub platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
